Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer
General Description of the Role: As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Ectaro, you will join our design team and be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging interfaces for our cloud-based web application and mobile app. You will conduct UX research, user testing, prototyping, and wireframing to ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers. You will be a key member of our team and will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our product.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio of mobile and web UI designs.
- Experience with UX research, user testing, prototyping, and wireframing.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, InVision, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with working and maintaining design systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for our cloud-based web application.
- Conduct UX research, user testing, prototyping, and wireframing to ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with our development team to ensure that the design is technically feasible and scalable.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation.
- Mentor and coach junior designers in the team.
- Continuously improve our design processes and best practices.
