Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
General Description of the Role: As a Technical Support Engineer at Ectaro, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers. You will work closely with our development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our e-commerce and inventory management software solutions. You will be a key member of our team and will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a software company.
- Strong technical skills and understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch speaking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our e-commerce and inventory management software solutions.
- Collaborate with our development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for our products.
- Continuously improve our customer support processes to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
