Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (German)
General Description of the Role: As a Technical Support Engineer at Ectaro, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers (specific customers in German-speaking countries). You will work closely with our development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our e-commerce and inventory management software solutions. You will be a key member of our team and will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a software company.
- Strong technical skills and understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and German speaking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our e-commerce and inventory management software solutions.
- Collaborate with our development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for our products.
- Continuously improve our customer support processes to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
